Purchasing a property abroad is a big decision and at Lazaris Mill we respect that. We certainly would not expect you to commit to a home at Lazaris Mill without first visiting and seeing for yourself.

Because of this we strongly recommend a viewing trip.

To make this as simple and easy as possible for you we have teamed up with Cyplon Holidays an award winning UK independent travel agency with 50 years’ experience in Cyprus. Quite simply we can do this on your behalf or you can contact them by phone or email and let them know when you wish to travel and they will arrange the rest. They will organise flights, transfers and accommodation – subject of course to your preferences – and keep you up to date with the current Covid regulations for Cyprus to make your trip trouble free.

Of course it goes without saying you are completely free to make your own travel arrangements should you prefer. We typically recommend four days three nights and you can of course extend this to enjoy a holiday on our beautiful island. AND should you choose to purchase at Lazaris Mill we will reimburse you up to €500 per person (for up to two people) or alternatively deposit €1,000 with Cyplon Holidays for your use in the future.

A typical viewing trip entails and includes the following:

Day 1

Travel to Cyprus and transfer to your accommodation and relax for the evening.

Day 2

We will collect you from your hotel in the morning and bring you to our offices for introductions and a full presentation of the project.

We will invite you for a traditional lunch and afterwards visit the site with the architect and introduce you to the surrounding area.

Afterwards we will return to the office for a coffee and to answer any questions you may have.

We will then deliver you back to your hotel for some personal time.

Day 3

After being collected from your hotel in the morning you will visit one of the UK and Europes leading Expat advisory groups at their offices in Paphos for a free private consultation covering everything involved in making a move to Cyprus. From the practical process of migrating, opening bank accounts etc, to financial planning and tax implications, and even succession and wills. They can answer all your questions regarding financial planning, taxation and expatriate procedures.

After lunch, we will introduce you to an independent lawyer to go through the legal process of purchasing and answer any questions you may have.

Day 4

After a meeting at our offices to answer any final questions, it is up to you how you wish to proceed before enjoying the remainder of the day prior to transferring to the airport and returning home.
